FOR EXAMPLE, DATA RATE AND BLOCK DATA ARE NOT USED BY THE FDM II. HOWEVER: YOU MUST ENTER THE CORRECT ADDRESSING SO THAT MESSAGES WILL BE SENT TO THE CORRECT SUBSCRIBER.
